WILDNESS (noun. /wylde'-nəs/) A quality of the untamed, undomesticated, and of raw nature. That from which we were formed, that which we unsuccessfully seek to harness, that which we dare not become. We pour concrete over earth for expediency and the good, but we mustn't forget the power of the elements, the healing they offer, nor the solace that comes from the enjoyment thereof. My hope is that you might be prompted to seek such beauty more often, especially seeing that much of it is not too distant, and reflect on the reciprocity of Garden and City.
